3. Microwave Popcorn

Did you know that the bags in which corns are popped are lined with chemicals, which have been linked to infertility? This is terrible. These chemicals have also been connected to cancer in the lungs, testes, liver and pancreas. Moreover, many companies use GMO corn kernels, even though they don’t want to admit it, which is all the more health detrimental.

6. Red Meat

According to the recent studies, red meat is closely linked to colon cancer. A study conducted in the USA, which involved around 150 000 people, aged 50-74, revealed that long-term use of red meat increases the risk of colon cancer in the examined subjects. On the other hand, eating poultry and fish can be beneficial for your overall health.
