– 150 g of tuna / 2 eggs or 15 g white meat

– Cucumber

Eat the potatoes or rye bread (choose only one) with some tuna or sliced cucumber. However, if you prefer meat, grill it without any grease and eat with boiled eggs.

– A handful of spinach

– 20 g of almonds and walnuts

– 1 apple

– Ginger

– 1 cucumber

Blend the apple, spinach and cucumber but don’t peel them before you do that. Add some ginger and that’s it!

Decorate the glass with almonds and walnuts and drink it while it is fresh. This shake is a powerful source of all kinds of vitamins.

Dinner

Simply make a fruit salad of about 300 grams and enjoy.
